Mr. Grams has over 30 years of experience encompassing engineering design, engineering management, project management, construction management and field engineering for major projects in various parts of the world, including Canada, the United States, Britain and developing countries. He has participated in all phases of project implementation from feasibility studies and conceptual design through construction and start-up.

Mr. Kaukinen is a professional engineer with a wide range of experience in the design, coordination, and management of multi‑discipline engineering and construction projects.  His experience has been obtained through working with clients in various industries such as forest products, power and energy, petrochemical, ship building, and public utilities.  He is very familiar with conventionally engineered projects as well as turnkey or EPC project implementation.

Mr. Shrivastava is a marine structural engineer with a Masters Degree and over 30 years experience in the planning, study, design and construction of marine terminals.  He has extensive experience evaluating and designing both liquids and dry bulk terminal facilities internationally.
