Bill Maddock has 25 years of experience in the offshore and marine sectors. His marine and offshore experience has been with a wide range of projects beginning with the design of the first fabricated structure deployed in the Beaufort Sea in 1981 and following with a wide range of projects in the Canadian and Alaskan Beaufort Sea during the 1980’s. He was the QA/QC manager on the Hibernia concrete GBS structure and subsequently design manager for the marine works for the Newfoundland transhipment oil terminal.
