Victor Neto,Managing Director of Sandwell Engineers (Pty) Ltd., has over 15 years of experience in bulk materials handling. He has participated in a wide variety of coal, steel, aluminium and iron ore processing projects at the project management level and has managed feasibility studies and project planning from preliminary design, tender documents and cost control to project completion and implementation. His experience includes stacker and reclaimers, shiploaders and unloaders, apron feeders, conveyor systems, dust extraction devices, open cast mines, rail installation, and pit de-watering.
