Sandwell is committed to Zero HSEC Incidents throughout the organization, worldwide. This means we have a corporate objective of incurring no health, safety, environment or community incidents in our execution of all projects. It also means our senior management and staff actively plan and work towards minimizing risk at all stages of a project.
This commitment is supported through ongoing Sandwell College sponsored training of all our staff and senior management in such areas as Risk Assessment, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Isolation Procedure and HSEC management.
We support this training through establishment of office and project specific procedures and toolkits which facilitate the application of our training to projects undertaken.
These approaches coupled with our “Lessons Learned” culture and behavioral approach to Safety and Health implementation provide strong channels with which we integrate HSEC into every decision and concept undertaken throughout your project.
